01 / Consult

Strategy through files you can keep.

AI consultation, automation that actually runs, marketing and branding, digital imaging. I work in your stack. I do not publish client logos I do not have.

AI consultation

I look at the actual work: inbox, CRM, content calendar, ops. Then I say which parts should be a model, a script, a human, or left alone. No roadmap theater.

  • Written recommendation, not a 40-page deck
  • Tool choices with reasons and vetoes
  • Prompts, evals, or process notes you keep

Automation & implementation

Workflows in the accounts you already pay for — Zapier, Make, n8n, Google, custom scripts, a small app if the glue is not enough. I implement. I do not drop a slide and leave.

  • Live automations in your stack
  • Credentials and runbooks at handoff
  • What it will not do, written down

Marketing, design, branding

Names, visual systems, landing pages, product art. Same studio that built the cheer-stick marketing thumbs — consumer-facing, not engineering screenshots.

  • Identity and type decisions
  • Page or campaign art
  • File kit you can hand to a printer or a developer

Digital imaging

Composites, color-managed web art, MakerWorld covers, print-ready marketing frames. If the model is parametric, the art has to sell the customization, not a gray benchy.

  • Cover and listing art
  • Web and print sizes
  • Layered sources when the job needs them

Process

Four notes. No discovery theater.

  1. 01

    Intake

Email or a call. I tell you if it is a fit. If it is not, I say so.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written note: what I will build, what I will not, tools, timeline, price.

  3. 03

    Build

Work lands in your accounts and repos, or as files you keep. You see it as it ships.

  4. 04

    Handoff

Credentials, prompts, SOPs, source. I do not lock you into a dashboard I own.

What I will not do

  • Invent case studies, metrics, or client names.
  • Drop a chatbot on a site and call the job done.
  • Lock work inside a dashboard I own.
  • Sell a retainer as the default. Project first.

Public work lives on MakerWorld. Client work stays private.

If you need a sample of craft, look at the cheer-stick art and the 3D files. If you need a sample of consulting, write and I will tell you how I would approach your stack.
